Wednesday's Cabinet Meeting outcome

As reported in the Shropshire Star, the council cabinet on Wednesday agreed to investigate the two proposals put forward: single site, or split-site. A final report is planned for December (however given the delays in getting this far, don't hold out for that!).

We are disappointed that the Cabinet seem to have veered away from their original decision to keep to the Quarry site (with just a temporary pool at Sundorne).

In the past 6 years of uncertainty the building has continued to deteriorate (including part of the roof being blown off) and we're still having to wait another year before any final decision is made.
